Assistant Project Manager

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: FULL TIME (3 Month Probationary Period)

We currently have a position available for a Assistant Project Manager working alongside the build team.

You would be assisting with our current projects that are mostly small to large scale extensions. loft conversions, basements and internal reconfigurations within southwest London

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Speak and write fluent English
  • Have a can do attitude and be willing to give everything a try
  • Work well within a team
  • Be organised and proactive
  • Have a valid UK driving license
  • Experience of construction, health and safety and project management an advantage but not essential

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the liaison with customers, architects, designers and structural engineers on all aspects of construction projects
  • Assist in the running, managing and reporting of weekly meetings
  • Selection and purchasing of key items within the project
  • Organise and run the project programme and ensure timely delivery
  • Assist in the production of valuation documentation
  • Assist in the managing the Health and Safety on project sites
  • Assist in the monitoring and advising of the workforce on all aspects of the build
  • Cost tracking and pricing

The successful applicant will receive:
