Project Brief: To extend and refurbish the property and add a ‘Fulham loft pod’.
The kitchen at Linver road was cramped and crammed into a poorly constructed rear extension. This was all demolished and a side extension formed with roof lights which added 2 meters of width to the property. The roof terrace above was then reformed with imitation grass and rails with access from a bedroom.
Crittal style doors were fitted to the rear of the extension with a matching crittal window discretely positioned at the junction between the sitting room and kitchen. Planning changes in the borough had been relaxed so a ‘Fulham pod’ was built onto an existing loft conversion which added another bedroom. The house was generally refurbished with new windows and bathrooms, the gardens both front and rear were landscaped and the whole house painted and papered.
